Express
When the instruction names a short window and the goods cannot wait.
- 24–48 hours on established express lanes
- Scans as the movement happens
- Priority desk, not a general queue
- Pre-cleared routing where the lane allows
Contracted
Standing volume, named custody, and a correspondent who already knows the account.
- Transit as written in the SLA
- Named reports or API feed
- A correspondent assigned to the house
- In-house brokerage where needed

A written quotation
Ask for the charge before the goods are accepted.
