What does “Customs Clearance Delay” mean? expand_more
Your shipment is being reviewed by local customs authorities. This is a standard procedure. We will notify you if additional documentation is required.
How is volumetric weight calculated? expand_more
Volumetric weight is length × width × height (in cm) divided by 5000. Charges are based on the greater of actual or volumetric weight.
